1. Service description

contractreviewestonia.com and lepinguteabi.ee are operated by Synclex OÜ. The Service provides AI-assisted analysis of contracts under Estonian law. It is not a law firm.

2. No legal advice

Outputs are generated by AI for information only. Consult a qualified Estonian lawyer before making legal decisions.

3. Payments

Full reports are one-time purchases via Stripe, shown in EUR. Refunds apply for technical failures as described in our FAQ.

4. Data retention

Contract files are processed in memory and not stored. Sessions expire after 1 hour (free) or 24 hours (paid).

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Synclex OÜ is not liable for damages from reliance on AI-generated analysis.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tallinn.
